The Kid In Her is a networking community for female founders and women in leadership, founded in 2025 by Dina Geha, hosting events in London and New York. As of October 2026, we have held 25+ founder events, with 50+ women at each one. Every event brings women together around a founder's story and supports a cause the host founder cares about.
Each event centres on a conversation with a female founder or leader, followed by audience questions and time to meet the other guests. Events range from brunches and dinners to panels, masterclasses and screenings, held in exceptional venues.
Our events are primarily for female founders, entrepreneurs and women in leadership, but anyone is welcome to attend because we believe in the power of connections. Some events are open to book online and others are by invitation.
The Kid In Her is built around women's stories and is primarily for women, but our events are open to anyone who shares our belief in the power of connections.
Some events are ticketed and booked through the event page, and others are by invitation. Details for each event are on its page.
Upcoming events are listed on our Events page. Each event page has the date, venue and a link to register.

In London, at venues including 1 Mayfair Hotel, Hotel Café Royal, Tramp, Maison Estelle, Celeste and Lanserhof. In New York, at venues including Casa Cipriani, where we launched our New York chapter in May 2026.
The host founder of each event chooses the cause it supports, so every event backs something close to her heart.
Each event supports a cause chosen by the host founder. Beneficiaries have included Anna Freud, the Sohn Conference Foundation, The King's Trust and Memorial Sloan Kettering. For example, our launch event with Jennifer Chamandi supported Anna Freud, and our event with Lucy Goff of LYMA supported The King's Trust.

Dina Geha founded The Kid In Her in London in 2025, believing the girl a woman once was shapes the leader she becomes. What began as one London gathering has grown into a two-city community of over 25 events, with a New York chapter launched in May 2026.
