Every woman's story is rooted in her childhood.

Most women can tell you what they wanted to be growing up. Fewer notice how much of that girl is still in charge. The Kid In Her looks at the whole arc, from what she wanted then to what she's building now, because whether she followed that girl or ran the other way, that girl set the direction.

Dina Geha hosts the first TKIH brunch, marking the start of the community.

Dina founded The Kid In Her in 2025, believing the girl a woman once was shapes the leader she becomes. What began as one London gathering has grown into a two-city network of over 25 events.

Every event is built around the same conviction: that a woman's story is worth a stage, and that telling it changes both the teller and the room. What happens after the talk matters just as much. Introductions turn into collaborations, questions turn into mentorship, and a single event turns into something that follows women well beyond it.
