Dina is the Founder of The Kid in Her.

She is also a Director of the Sohn London Foundation, an organization that calls on the world’s most successful investors to give their time and inspire large audiences and followers marrying the world of finance with charity. To date, the Sohn Foundation London has raised over £2m to fund pediatric cancer in the UK.

She is the architect of the Sohn Women’s Brunch, the predecessor to The Kid in Her, which is now a global initiative with events held in San Francisco, NY and HK. In addition to Sohn, Dina sits on the Board of Advisors of VaR Capital, winner of the Euromoney Best Asset Manager award.

Dina sits on the Board of Directors of LIFE and serves as an Advisor to No Label Ventures. Her day job is in Finance where Dina has spent over 20 years working in both New York and London. Her current role is Global Head of Distribution at BNP Paribas. Dina graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Finance and Marketing and a minor in Real Estate.

Rebecca has worked in the social impact community for nearly 20 years. She founded and runs Coveted Creates, an agency specialising in delivering galas, conferences and events for charities and foundations, with clients including Alfanar Foundation, Ark, BAFTA, Sadlers Wells Theatre and The Royal Foundation.

Rebecca is passionate about bringing people together and this is reflected through her co-founding both the women’s mentoring community, FemMentored, which has paired over 600 women in social impact, and philanthropy forum, if25, for founders and leaders of global foundations.

Jihane started her career in Private Banking and then worked in Equity Derivatives Structuring at Morgan Stanley, going on to work as an entrepreneur in fashion. Since 2016, she is a Director at LIFE, a global networking organisation for Lebanese professionals in the diaspora.

She currently sits on the board of her school alumni network, of a family Foundation in Lebanon and is a Director of property company in the UK.

Jihane holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics and an MSc in Management, both from the London School of Economics.
